Three busy working days of active work at the Composite-Expo 2024 and Polyurethanex 2024 exhibitions were held in an atmosphere of professional communication, acquaintance with new solutions, materials and technologies.

We thank the regular exhibitors of our events, and especially the companies that took part in them for the first time. In today's challenging environment, this is very valuable for the composites and polyurethane industries!

The 17th International Exhibition Composite-Expo 2025 and the 16th International Exhibition Polyurethanex 2025 will be held at the Expocentre Fairgrounds in Moscow from March 25 to 27 2025.

CERTIFICATION AND REGULATION - 2007
International Exhibition

The International exhibition “Certification and Regulation” was held on April 23-26, 2007 under the auspices of the Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology, All-Russia Scientific Research Institute for Certification and ZAO ”EXPOCENTR”.

There were 58 exhibitors who took part in the exhibition, 6 of which were the foreigners representing 4 countries. The exposition space totaled 250 sq m.

The main purpose of the exhibition was to demonstrate the possibilities of the firms in the field of the certification service in the domestic and international markets, to apply standards of the technical regulation as regards the Russia entry into the WTO and the necessity of the service and products certification according to the international rules.

The display of the Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology and All-Russia Scientific Research Institute for Certification showcased the current state of the legislative foundation in the field of the certification.

Within the frame work of the exhibition there was run the practical research conference: “Actual problems of the products and services certification provided in the international markets”, the round tables “Confirmation of Conformity as Regulator of Modern Market” and “On Service Certification Provided in Retail”.

Appreciations obtained from some participants of the exhibition:

“To hold the exhibitions of the similar themes in Russia is surely the timely undertaking as there is lack of the impartial information about the service certification among the consumers of these services: i. e. companies need to confirm the conformity of their products or management systems to the domestic or international standards” – Vladimir Ovcharov, the Head of the Department of the product certification of “SGS Vostok Limited Ltd” commented.

“The exhibition has a good chance to occupy the fitting position in the Russian market of the certification services as a ground to establish business relations between the certification bodies and consulting community and to inform the parties concerned (i. e. the industrial enterprises and the organizations involved into the service circles) about the possibilities in the field of the certification”- Konstantin Tymoshechkin, Manager for business development in the East Europe region and Head of the Office of the systems and services certification of the “SGS Vostok Limited Ltd” commented.

Dear Vladimir Alekseevich,

On behalf of the all members of the “Voennyyi Registr” voluntary certification system we wish to express our thanks for the good organization of the international exhibition “Certification and Regulation”. The exhibition showed a great interest of the enterprises, industrial organizations and certification bodies to learn the legal regulations, the order and procedures of the technical regulation in the different branches of industry. It gave an opportunity to impart the experience and define more accurately the service certification market of the Russian Federation and also to share the experience with the foreign certification bodies. We consider this exhibition necessary to be annually held and beforehand announced.

The participators of the “Voennyyi Registr” voluntary certification system, but there are 76 organizations, hope for further fruitful cooperation and are ready to demonstrate their advancements in the field of providing the voluntary conformity confirmation, working out the guidance books on technical regulation including the industrial defense complex.
