JSC «VUGLECOMPOZIT» is the only
enterprise in the UIS where a complete cycle of
technological operations for the manufacture of
products from carbon-carbon composite materials (CCCM)
can bee carried out. The main advantage of those
materials is that they retain their strength at a
temperature of up 3000°Ñ in non-oxidising atmosphere.
Besides, CCCM have good electrical conductivity, low
coefficient of linear thermal expansion and optimal
thermal and physical properties. JSC «VUGLECOMPOZIT»
has unique electrical vacuum furnaces which make it
possible to conduct high temperature treatment of
materials in vacuum at a temperature of up to 2500°Ñ
and conduct processes of pyrolysis, siliconizing at
the same temperatures with diameter of the operating
zone up to 2400 mm and 3500 mm in height. We have a
sufficiently big stock of the metal-working
machine-tools and equipment.
