Noncommercial organization Union of composite
manufactures (UNCM) was established in 2004 by
producers or reinforcing materials with the aim of
protection of interests of producers of composites
materials operating on the Russian markets.
At the present time the UNCM joins manufactures of
continuous reinforcing materials and reinforced
plastic, producers of specialized equipment,
scientific organizations, trading companies.
The main directions of UGFM's activity are
assistence to:
o formation of positive legislative, custom, tax
environment for development of producing and
application of composite materials and articles made
of it;
o enlargement of field of application of composite
materials and articles made of it;
o formation of modern system of standards and
technical regulation;
o Strengthening of cooperation communications
between producers and consumers, assistance to
market promotion of composite materials and articles.
UNCM associates with the federal ministers and
