Application forms for the participation in the
Conference please submit to the Organizing Committee no
later than October 1, 2006.

the application version for printing at the MS Word format  ,
fill in and fax it to: (495) 118-05-65, 118-36-83,

The Bill is being issued further.
  Materials
Submitting procedure:
The Organizing Committee expects the materials
of the reports to be received no later than the date
specified, otherwise the theses of the reports will not be
included in the collection of the materials of the
conference.
Theses of the reports should consist of 1-2 A4
sheets in printing. The margins should be organized as
follows: above, below- 2.0 cm, to the right- 1.5 cm, to the
left- 3.0 cm ; Times New Roman type. The theses are to be
submitted as printed materials or an electronic copy emailed
at: info@mirexpo.ru.
It will be arranged in the following way: the
title of the theses is to be written in block letters;
authors’ names and surnames- bellow, the organization and
city- bellow. Please send us the brief resume in English,
contact phones, e-mail addresses.
The theses of the reports are not edited.
Thesis, reports and poster papers are
available.
The demonstration facilities are to be
rendered in the following way: computer (CD ROM, FDD)
provided with the soft wear- Windows 2000, MS Office,
Acrobat Reader; multimedia projector.
Please submit the materials for the collection
no later than July 1, 2006.
Terms
and Conditions of Payment; Additional Information:
The registration fee is to be 2000 Rubles + 18 %
VAT for those wishing to participate to the conference.
The registration fee is to be 450 Rubles + 18 % VAT for the
attendants who wish to get the proceedings of the
conference.
The registration fee for the participation in
the conference includes organizing expenses, charges to
publish the conference’s proceedings, which will be
entrusted during the registration, payment for a coffee
break arranged during the breaks of the sittings.
It is possible for the persons and
organizations, who have not effected payment for the
participation by remittance with a bank to make a
registration fee when filling the registration form.
Hotel reservation, accommodation and applying
for a visa are to be charged at the participants’ expense.
Proposals regarding hotel reservation and payment for
accommodation are to be rendered when being called by the
participant of the conference.
