Industrial group 'Automotive Systems' was founded in 1992. The group offers integrated solutions for processing of polyurethanes and plastics.
Production program includes engineering and production of:
foam-measuring machines of high pressure to process thermosets (PUR; R-RIM, S-RIM, PU, DCPD, NEYLON);
hydraulic and electric mould carriers (mould interlockers), conveyers;
instrumental tooling: moulds, moulds for injection-molding machines, vacuum moulds, punches;
thermo-forming machines with one- and two-sided sheet heating;
hydrocutting, hydroabrasive cutting, mechanical cutting on the basis of KUKA and ABB robots.
We perform preproduction of items using PUR, R-RIM, S-RIM, IMC, LFI-PUR, FCS, SCS, DCPD technologies as well as vacuum forming, including:
- product engineering;
- work preparation;
- manufacture of samples;
- production start-up. |
