 Information Report on the activity at the
2nd International Specialized
Exhibition “Polyurethanex - 2010”:
Advance and use of modern marketing tools as
catalysts of the Russian polyurethane market, development
and introduction of polyurethane technologies and materials
in different branches of industry - here are the main
purposes set before the organizers of the third
international specialized exhibition "Polyurethanex".
On February, 26, 2010, having successfully
completed its work, "Polyurethanex - 2010" clearly
demonstrated that it had managed to solve the problems posed
by both the organizer of the exhibition, Exhibition Company
"Mir - Expo", and the exponents.
The general directions of the exhibition
reflect the following subjects: Raw Materials for
Polyurethane Manufacturing; Polyurethane Producing and
Processing Technologies; Foamex based Thermo Insulation;
Polyurethane Use in Machine-Building, Motor-Car Construction,
Railway Transport (including Car Manufacture), Aircraft
Transport, Pipe-Line Transport, Electrical Engineering,
Consume Goods Manufacturing, Light Industry, Medicine,
Furniture Trade, Chemical Industry, Building Industry,
Mining Industry, Metallurgy.
The use of new construction materials is a
step up to a higher technological level for both producers
and consumers of this innovation production. It promotes the
development of this prospective branch of industry in Russia.
We should mention the significant interest
expressed by the foreign specialists, who took part in the
exhibition as the exhibitors and visitors.
The exhibitors were from the five countries - Russia, United
States, Hungary, Germany and China. To the opinion of the
specialists the exhibition was resulted in such a way
successfully exceeding all the expectations. It highlights
the increasing of the requirements of the Russian market as
regards the use of the modern innovation polyurethane
technologies in the field of building and housing and
communal services, machine building, shipbuilding, the air
cosmic branch, electronics and in many others. To approach
the goals of the main annual brand event in Russia the
exhibition is called to become the important marketing,
practical-research and analytical prerequisite for all of
its participants.
The 2nd International practical-research
seminar "Modern State and Prospects of Development of
Production and Use of Polyurethane Materials in Russia" was
run in the within the exhibition, the report of "New systems
of components for production of energy-saving and
heat-insulating polyurethane foam materials, their structure
and physical and mechanical characteristics" being provided
by the specialists of "Soyuzsnab" Group of Companies.
The Organizing Committee has obtained the
favorable as a whole reviews concerning the exhibition. The
great majority of the exhibitors have announced their
intention to take part in the next
3rd International specialized exhibition "Polyurethanex -
2011". It is planned to be held on March, 1-3, 2011 at
the International Exhibition Center "Crocus Expo", Moscow,
Russia.

LLC, took part in POLYURETANEX, the 2nd international
specialized exhibition. Our company held a number of
important meetings with our permanent trading partners, and
also had an opportunity to extend our client database. We
would like to thank the organizers of the exhibition, Mir
Expo Exhibition Company, for preparation and carrying-out
assistance. Stand building was made within the time frame
specified, all the problems encountered were solved rapidly.

In the end of February, Kronos SPb JSC
participated in POLYURETANEX-2010, the 2nd international
specialized exhibition. This was the second exhibition only,
the first one was held in 2009, and our plant participated
in the event as well. Kronos SPb JSC has been manufacturing
polyurethane materials for 5 years and has intentions to
enlarge its share of the market. The participation in the
event became a necessary step for our business contacts
growing and the company info spreading. We'd like to express
thanks to the organizers of the exhibition, Mir Expo
Exhibition Company and to all visitors and guests of our
stand. I wish best regards and hope for further cooperation.

For the second time our company took part in
POLYURETHANEX, international specialized exhibition
organized by Mir Expo Exhibition Company. In comparison with
the first event, a number of the exhibitors didn't increase
but the number of visitors of the exhibition grew
considerably. According to our observations, main quantity
of the visitors were representatives of plants and factories
of different industries that showed a great deal of interest
for polyurethane and foamed polyurethane applications for
different purposes from different polyurethane products
manufacturing to pipe covering and foamed polyurethane
sandwich panels' making. Within the POLYURETHANEX-2010, we
managed to conduct over 200 negotiations with different
companies' representatives that is 70% more than last year.
As a result of these negotiations we concluded more than 10
contracts for the goods delivery.
We would like to emphasize the high level of
the exhibition organization and good advertising campaign
that allow attracting to the exhibition a great number of
specialists not only from Russia but from the CIS states and
far-abroad countries. We'd like to thank the organizers of
the exhibition and we're ready to participate in the
exhibition in future.
