Held in the framework of the 10th anniversary of the International Aviation and Space Salon "MAKS-2011"
 

Exhibition update: August, 16-21 2011 (exhibition finished).

Venue: The Airfield of the Major National Testing Facility - Gromov Flight Research Institute, Zhukovsky, Moscow Region, Russia.

Presentation of the exhibition:

"Airportex" is an International Specialized Exhibition of airport industry, the aim of which is to establish new business contacts between exhibitors and visitors to promote achievements, products and services in the airport construction sphere, to promote operation and maintenance of airfield and air terminal complexes and adjacent areas, the introduction of new technologies.

The exhibition is held in the framework of the 10th International Aviation and Space Salon "MAKS-2011" due to the size and significance of the air show for the Russian aerospace industry and a huge number of visitors. More than 550,000 visitors from 80 countries attend the "MAKS", about 65 000 - business visitors. The attention of specialists is attracted by more than 700 exhibitors presenting their achievements and developments on their stands.

At the same time "Airportex" exhibition is aimed at specific audience of visitors-specialists of the airport industry, and is conducted in a business format. The main visitors of the "Airportex" exhibition are representatives of ministries and departments, managers and leading specialists of infrastructure departments of airports, civil aviation enterprises of the construction sector, public utilities, engineering, construction, research and development organization, environmental, educational institutions, etc.

Thereupon, "Airportex" exhibition was allocated a separate pavilion, favorably located at the central avenue of the MAKS exposition.
 

This allows us to concentrate the flow of professionals, not to spray their attention to entertainment events and there is no need to find separately located stands of the airport theme in the vast MAKS territory.
