Participating in Exhibition:
1. Contract.
To participate in the Exhibition, the Exhibitor is required to send to the Organizer the Application-Contract and all necessary additions to it, filled out, signed and stamped. When doing so, the Exhibitor is confirming to participate in the Exhibition under the Rules and Conditions of the
Application-Contract.
2. Cost.
Participation in the Exhibition has to be paid according to prices in Application-Contract.
3. Additional agreements:
- Submitting information for Exhibition
catalogue;
- Security services during the Exhibition days;
- Stand cleaning;
- Freight-forwarding and custom clearance;
- Selling the products on the Exhibition's
territory;
- Hotel accommodations for Exhibitors and guests.

2.
Call in management of exhibitions on (095) 118-05-65, 118-36-83, 118-36-88, ask the top manager of an
exhibition, he will send you an order form by fax and will answer all arisen questions.
