Depending on complexity of the project is formed the working group of the Russian and foreign experts and companies which solves problems of development of concepts of building, technical and working engineering, building of waterside, coast-protecting structures, buildings of overland infrastructure (slipways, workshops, moorings, engineering networks, hotels, sports constructions) and also operates the course of realization of the whole project.
